Chinese Chicken Marinade for that extra flavour to your chicken

So we all love chicken and what better way to cook it then stir frying it to make your favourite Chinese recipe!

For our recipes, we cut the chicken into strips and fry them in a clean wok or frying pan which has been heated with a tablespoon of oil. Once they are cooked through, we place them to one side and begin our recipe. We then add in the chicken back into the wok or frying pan when required in the cooking instructions.

How to marinade chicken, Chinese style

To give the chicken more favour, after you have cut the raw chicken into strips marinate the chicken for half an hour using:

  • 1 tablespoon, soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon, oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon, corn flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon, salt

If you use this marinade you do not need to put oil into the wok or frying pan to heat when you stir fry the chicken strips.

This is how to cook delicious chicken recipes! We do say in our recipes that you could use chicken leftovers, say, from roast chicken. You can just cut them into strips and start cooking with it straight away!
