Boil a pan of water
Cut chicken breast in half lengthways
Boil chicken breast for 6 minutes
Take the breasts out and place into a bowl of cold water to stop it from cooking further
Cut chicken breasts into small strips
Boil 500ml water on high heat.
When water is boiled, add egg noodles for 2 minutes. In this time, season with salt and white pepper. Add dark soy sauce, sesame oil and vegetable oil. Add the chicken strips.
Serve and garnish with spring onions.
