An easy to prepare and easy to cook dish. Perfect for when you want a big plate of seafood!

Prepare 1 tsp cornflour mixture
Prepare the garlic, ginger and spring onion. Wash and drain beansprouts.
Heat oil on high heat. When hot, fry onions, ginger and garlic for 1 minute.
Add beansprouts and fry for 1 minute. Then add in the king prawns and fry for further 1 minute.
Add 4 tbsp water. When it starts to boil add oyster sauce, pepper and salt and mix. Then gradually pour in cornflour mixture and stir until sauce is thickened. Cook for 3 minutes.
